How we work differently
Most agents juggle dozens of listings. We cap every agent at ten, so each home gets in-house photography and film, a printed brochure, an agent who actually answers and, on selected homes, its own website and social media campaign.
01 — The simple maths
Spread those hours across a high-street caseload and every seller gets a sliver. We built the whole business around a hard cap: when an agent's ten slots are full, new instructions wait for a space rather than diluting the sellers already with us.
A typical caseload
Dozens of homes · one agent
Illustrative. Each dot is one home on one agent's books.
02 — The 10Homes story, in seven chapters
Our animated film explains why estate agency drifted into a race to the bottom, and how a ten-home cap changes it. Pick a chapter.
03 — Property films
Room-by-room vertical walk-throughs of homes we're selling, cut in-house and sent on WhatsApp and Status, so the right buyers see a home before it reaches a portal.
— BARRINGTON PLACE
Grade II Georgian, Bensham · 45s cut
— INGLEDENE COURT

05 — Case studies
Stalled listings, fallen-through sales, lease defects, impossible deadlines. Choose one and swipe through the full case study.
06 — Bespoke property websites
On a portal your home is one thumbnail among hundreds. Its own site tells the whole story: every room, the history, the documents, the area. These are live — scroll around inside them.
* Bespoke websites are created for selected 10Homes instructions.
07 — Printed brochures & photo books
Each home gets a printed brochure or photo book, written and designed in-house, plus local print adverts. Read the real ones below, page by page.

Real reviews
Every quote below is a genuine review, published on our Trustpilot, Google or Yell profile.
09 — Side by side
No referral commissions
We take no commission from solicitors or mortgage brokers.
If we did, we'd be compromised. It's hard to chase a slow solicitor or broker when they're paying you. Because nobody in the chain pays us except you, we can push every party as hard as your sale needs.
