Terms of Business
These terms set out the agreement between 10Homes and our clients for the marketing and sale of residential property.
Our service
10Homes provides residential estate agency services including property valuation, marketing, viewings, negotiation and sale progression. By instructing us to sell your property you agree to these terms.
Our fees
Our fees are agreed in writing with you before marketing begins. There are no upfront fees; our commission becomes payable only when a sale completes. Full details of the fee, any minimum fee and the sole-agency period are set out in your individual instruction letter.
Sole agency
Unless agreed otherwise, our instruction is on a sole-agency basis for an agreed period. If you instruct another agent during the sole-agency period you may remain liable for our fee as set out in your instruction letter.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your property, to allow us to photograph and market it, to make it available for viewings, and to tell us about any offers or changes. You are responsible for the accuracy of property particulars we publish on your behalf.
Marketing
We market properties on major portals, our website and, where selected, through bespoke websites and social media advertising. You grant us permission to use photography, film and floorplans of your property for marketing purposes.
Termination
Either party may end the instruction by giving written notice, subject to the terms of your instruction letter. Fees already earned and costs agreed in writing remain payable on termination.
